Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were dark with outdated lighting, but the rooftop bar and deck were enjoyable. The service was a bit lackluster despite some staff being patient, while the location was great for exploring the area. The dining options were decent, though some aspects were not clearly explained. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel had some drawbacks like feeling cramped and noisy due to its proximity to the entrance and rooftop bar. However, the rooms got plenty of afternoon sun for a cozy nap before dinner. Price was okay, but some noise disturbances made it less valuable.
The hotel is set in a vibrant location filled with stylish cafes, bistros, bars & shops in exciting Mexico City. While the rooms were cramped and noisy, the dining was uninspiring and lacked variety. However, the service was hit-and-miss, with helpfulness lacking on some occasions, and communication issues arose. Despite these drawbacks, the location itself is nice and offers a mix of modern and old architecture to explore.
The hotel didn't quite meet my expectations as it lacked complimentary drinking water and had noisy evenings with constant laughter and shouting. The service, however, was exceptional with helpful staff going the extra mile for guests.
